Senior Leadership Position

A high-profile opportunity for a motivated and ambitious architect to lead major projects, grow a talented team, and shape the future direction of an award-winning studio.

With a presence in Dublin, Galway, London, and Sligo, this leading architectural practice delivers innovative architecture across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, workplace, and urban design sectors. They are now seeking a driven leader to join their growing Dublin studio.

About the Role:

  • Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential, and workplace.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth.
  • Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Key Requirements:

  • RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential.
  • Proficient in Revit – this is a must-have.
  • Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with good client-facing experience.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
