Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project director to lead challenging projects and deliver them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage supply chains to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and track project programmes to meet deadlines
  • Resolve issues with subcontractors and maintain quality standards
Requirements:
  • A strong background in project management within the construction industry
  • Experience in Ireland is preferred; knowledge of controlled environments (data centres, pharmaceuticals) is an advantage
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and documentation
