Financial Planning Support Specialist

At Financial and Technical Recruitment, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our client's team in the financial services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their administrative expertise in supporting the financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Support: Providing high-quality support to the financial planning team, including scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and managing follow-up tasks.
- Database Management: Developing and maintaining our existing client database with precision and accuracy.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client data and transactions in a prompt and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and support.
- Point of Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely processing of requests and queries.
- New Business Documentation: Preparing and processing new business documentation with attention to detail.
- Liaison: Liaising with product providers to manage client cases efficiently.
- Project Contributions: Contributing to ad-hoc projects as required.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Certifications: QFA status or progression towards a relevant qualification is highly desirable.
- Accuracy: Demonstrating a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
- Skills: Excellent administrative, communicative (written & oral), and interpersonal skills.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in software and tools for policy administration and client management.
- Team Player: Being an ambitious, proactive team player.
