Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Support: Providing high-quality support to the financial planning team, including scheduling client meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and managing follow-up tasks.
  2. Database Management: Developing and maintaining our existing client database with precision and accuracy.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client data and transactions in a prompt and professional manner.
  4. Relationship Building: Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and support.
  5. Point of Contact: Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely processing of requests and queries.
  6. New Business Documentation: Preparing and processing new business documentation with attention to detail.
  7. Liaison: Liaising with product providers to manage client cases efficiently.
  8. Project Contributions: Contributing to ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
  2. Certifications: QFA status or progression towards a relevant qualification is highly desirable.
  3. Accuracy: Demonstrating a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
  4. Skills: Excellent administrative, communicative (written & oral), and interpersonal skills.
  5. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in software and tools for policy administration and client management.
  6. Team Player: Being an ambitious, proactive team player.
