Barden is delighted to be partnering with a leading Business Consulting Practice to support appointments from Senior Consultant to Manager level in their emerging Customer Transformation practice. We are seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team and help our clients achieve their digital transformation goals.

The Customer Transformation function helps clients transform their customer-facing commercial functions and business outcomes through developing and implementing CX strategies, operating models, digital solutions, user-centric services, and optimised products, experiences, marketing and sales. As a Digital Transformation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating in the full project lifecycle, from initial research and business case development to project planning, execution, and close-out. You will utilise your skills in technology, product management, and agile implementation support to deliver customer-centred technology solutions, digital transformations, and design-led innovation.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in project lifecycle activities such as research, business case development, project planning, execution, and close-out.
  • Utilising skills in technology, product management, and agile implementation support to deliver customer-centred technology solutions.
  • Performing business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering, prioritisation, and data analysis.
  • Engaging with senior client stakeholders to drive business outcomes by facilitating workshops and collaborating on projects aimed at enhancing organisational results and customer experience.
  • Effectively analysing and defining business and customer requirements through stakeholder engagements, process reviews, user story writing, product backlog development/support.

About the role: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in customer experience at Senior Consultant Level or 6-7 years at Manager, consulting, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, are essential. Ability to think critically and challenge existing processes to identify areas for improvement is also required. Basic understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles and methodologies is necessary. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, as well as understanding of Martech, CRM platforms, CPQ, and data & analytics, are highly desirable.
