In this role, you will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring hygiene and housekeeping, and ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System. You will also work closely with the Production Manager to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with HACCP regulations.

The successful candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification and at least one year of experience in a food production setting. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct audits to ensure Quality System effectiveness
  • Monitor hygiene and housekeeping to maintain audit readiness
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve quality issues
  • Oversee daily check sheets and ensure compliance with food safety procedures
  • Prepare samples for laboratory testing
  • Write, review, and maintain policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • Control documentation and maintain HACCP plans
