Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to support our client on the delivery of a complex Offshore project. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple packages and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of complex multi-Offshore and Onshore Packages.
  • Define, develop, interface, deliver, and complete complex multi-packages safely, managing time, budget, quality, and KPIs.
  • Take ownership of delivering the programme, successfully integrating multiple EPC Contracts into a well-functioning outcome.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, support, direction, and leadership to teams.
  • Manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including contract change management and claim management using industry standard forms (FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC etc.).
  • Build, maintain, and manage close relationships with internal stakeholders, including government departments, communities, and executive teams.
  • Lead on commercial and contractual matters in collaboration with commercial, procurement, and legal departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree or qualification in Engineering/Project Management or equivalent.
  • Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated experience in project management of multi-Packages in an Offshore Wind environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
  • Willingness to travel within Ireland when required.
