Job Title

An experienced Senior Consultant is needed to lead the planning, implementation, and assurance of operations and maintenance (O&M) systems for new rail and urban transit projects.

The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of expertise in setting up and managing O&M organizations, staff training, and support for commissioning and safety certification phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of safety-driven Operational Readiness work streams for new rail systems, aligning with international best practices and local regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement training frameworks, including train-the-trainers programs, to ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and capacity building for O&M staff.
  • Support the setup and structuring of O&M organizations, defining operational procedures, resource plans, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and supervise testing, commissioning, and trial phases, ensuring all operational systems are validated and ready for service.
  • Contribute to operational risk assessments and safety cases.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and at least 10 years of professional experience in configuration management within large-scale infrastructure, rail, transportation, or safety-critical industries.
