We are a dynamic company dedicated to delivering high visibility for our retail clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our Tactical Manager to achieve our goals.

Your primary focus will be on stock rotation and planogram compliance.

You will also identify opportunities in store to drive sales growth across categories.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and build strong relationships with store managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To adhere to journey plans provided by your line manager
2. To ensure all merchandising guidelines are followed, with a strong emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Managers
3. To record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
4. To ensure stock is rotated at all times and any short-dated stock is recorded on XDA and highlighted to store manager; Maintain and grow planogram space where possible;
5. To ensure all products have correct SEL placed in front of the product;
6. To merchandise all promotional ends and ensure correct pricing is in place;
7. To capture before and after photographs on a handheld device;
8. To liaise with store manager prior to leaving to ensure they are happy with work completed;
9. To liaise with Tactical scheduler before and after each call;
10. To build strong relationships with all parties to work together as a team;
11. To generate new ideas and ways of working;
12. To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands;
13. To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies;
14. To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers;
15. To operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks;
16. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager

Requirements:

• Full clean driving license
• Familiarity with technology
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Good Organisational Skills
