Job Title: Automation Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. As an automation expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our automation systems and driving digital transformation projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversight of automation systems to guarantee maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Management of system user access, backups, and restores.
- Implementation of corrective actions and collaboration with technical support vendors.
- Identification and execution of small projects to enhance system performance.
- Contribution to capital planning, project execution, and documentation.
- Maintenance of all activities compliance with site and corporate Quality Systems.
- Creation and upkeep of engineering deliverables and test scripts.
- Development and implementation of global automation strategies to standardize processes.
To be successful as an Automation Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree in engineering (automation, robotics, computer science, etc.) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in GMP manufacturing, with expertise in automation.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory environments.
- Proficiency in automation solutions (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Familiarity with industry standards (GAMP, ANSI/ISA, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11) and GxP/QA.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in data analysis.
You will thrive in this role if you have:

- The ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
