Job Title: Process Engineering Manager

In this role, you will oversee and manage projects in food manufacturing using Evaporation and Spray Drying technology.

  • You will be responsible for managing projects that meet regulated food manufacturing standards.
  • Manage the automation of processes by creating detailed models and explaining them to the team.
  • Develop and coach the technical team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
  • Evaluate new equipment to ensure it meets QA standards.
  • Create process flows, specifications, and operating instructions to optimize production.
  • Monitor key production variables to ensure quality control.
  • Troubleshoot process/equipment issues cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

This is a leadership position that requires experience in project management, process engineering, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Food Process Engineering or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in the industry.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with thermal dairy processing, powder conveying systems, and ATEX environments. Strong experience in automated pharma/food manufacturing is essential for success in this role.
