Job Title: Clinical Specialist Radiographer

The role of a Clinical Specialist Radiographer in our Diagnostic Imaging Department is to provide high-quality imaging services to patients. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced radiographer with a strong background in CT scanning.

  • To be successful, the candidate must possess a BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or an equivalent qualification, and be registered with CORU.
  • A minimum of 6 years full-time post-graduate clinical experience is required, including at least 2 years of experience working in CT.
  • Additionally, the candidate should have evidence of up-to-date CPD activities and excellent IT skills.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of patient care, participating in ongoing education and training, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to Radiology services.

  • Providing high-quality imaging services to patients within the Diagnostic Imaging Department

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications in Diagnostic Radiography, registration with CORU, and experience in CT scanning. Excellent IT skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also essential.
