Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Digital AI Solution Architect to spearhead the development of cutting-edge solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, documenting, and governing state-of-the-art agentic platforms.

  • Prominent experience in architecting AI solutions with proven track records in feature design, upstream & downstream impact on AI workflows, data flow, technology selection, scalability, and security.
  • Familiarity with building large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems serving millions of users.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing state-of-the-art agentic solutions and platforms leveraging services available in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Ensuring all development follows EXL's engineering best practices.
  • Contributing to the digital AI solution strategy for target industry segments.
  • Supporting pre-sales and delivery efforts of AI solutions with a focus on IT engineering and security.
  • Fostering deep relationships with technical stakeholders at top clients by demonstrating insight and thought leadership on applying digital in their context.
  • Working with teams across the business to generate innovative AI solution opportunities.
  • Driving innovation across digital engineering around AI.

Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Deep expertise in full-stack application and solution development and engineering best practices.
  • Experience architecting, building, and deploying AI solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud engineering skills including security and disaster recovery, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, Linux, web services, APIs, and DevOps.
  • At least 6 years of programming experience with Python, React, Java, or other programming languages.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with building large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems serving millions of users.
