We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to cover night shifts in Abbeyfeale.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting kitchen staff and providing top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring high standards of presentation and quality.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
  • Support kitchen staff with tasks such as dishwashing and waste management.
  • Help with basic kitchen duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the tills.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a catering assistant is preferred but not essential.
  • Holding Manual Handling and HACCP certification or ability to obtain it.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required.
