Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This includes:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems, including SOPs, training programs, and performance metrics;
- Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards;
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce costs;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions;
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum NFQ Level 7 degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., science, engineering);
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the electronics manufacturing industry;
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 and other relevant regulatory requirements;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
