We are seeking an experienced Accommodation Operations Manager to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our entire resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage housekeeping department activities, including cleaning all rooms and public areas.
  • Conduct daily walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Ensure supervisory staff complete walk-throughs in your absence.
  • Perform spot checks and report maintenance issues to the relevant department.
  • Train new housekeeping staff to required standards.
  • Coach employees to meet required standards.
  • Maintain sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Assist housekeeping staff as needed.
  • Liaise with duty managers regarding requests or issues.
  • Document necessary information in handovers and prepare assignment sheets.
  • Prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate tasks, and check progress.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role in a 3 or 4-star hotel.
  • Working knowledge of hotel software is an advantage.
  • A valid work permit for at least 12 months.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and good communication skills.
  • Good leadership and organizational skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
