Civils Groundworks Lead

About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our client's team on a long-term resi project in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience within the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all aspects of groundworks, site development works, and utilities
  • Ensuring strict compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards
  • Verifying the availability of necessary information and permits for safe and efficient execution of the works
  • Managing direct labour resources, plant, and material allocations
  • Compiling accurate information to prepare As-Built records

Requirements: A relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline is desirable but not essential. Strong groundworks background and supervisory experience of large civils projects are essential. Location of Underground Services training and Signing, Lighting and Guarding training are also required.
