We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating home care schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.

Salary

The salary for this role is €35-40k DOE, paid bi-weekly or monthly. This is a competitive rate that reflects the importance of this role within our organization.

Job Description

As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for liaising with care staff, clients, and families to ensure the best possible care experience. You will also utilize One Touch System software to manage scheduling and administrative tasks. Your proactive and solution-focused approach will be essential in responding to staffing and scheduling challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 2 years plus previous experience as a Care Coordinator in the home care sector;
  • a strong working knowledge of One Touch System software (preferred);
  • exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
