The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, excellent knowledge of CRM products, data tools, dashboards, reporting tools, and MS product suite. They will also have experience in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Support, Maintain, Drive and ensure user adoption
  • Analyze and synthesize raw data into meaningful insights
  • Create dashboards and reports using analytic tools
  • Develop analytical reporting models and data visualisation solutions

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Salesforce
