We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Care Worker to join our team in providing quality residential care and support for young people aged 12-17.

The ideal candidate will contribute to an assessment and behaviour management plan for children and young people, teach them in both 1:1 and group settings, and assist with homework completion. They will also participate in planned and responsive residential care.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Teach life skills and provide emotional support to residents
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure consistent and high-quality care
  • Provide guidance and support to residents during transitions and challenging situations

Requirements:

  • A level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care or a related field
  • A full driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Knowledge of effective team working and communication
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including 15 and 24-hour rotations
