We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to join our team in advancing business objectives. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting a diverse range of plumbing products and services to both residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new leads and potential customers in both residential and commercial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored plumbing solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Generate new sales through proactive outreach, in-person meetings, and other business development techniques.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations regarding plumbing products, services, and system installations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing systems, products, and industry trends to provide customers with expert guidance.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of plumbing products and services.
- Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional pre-sale and post-sale support.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and professionally resolving any issues or concerns.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing sales or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and services.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships and network effectively with clients and industry professionals.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Techincal aptitude to understand plumbing systems and products.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
