Position Overview

We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

This is a rewarding role for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent patient care and making a positive impact in their community.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and engage clients in conversations, games, or activities.
  • Maintain Clients' Dignity & Respect: Ensure clients feel valued, respected, and comfortable in their own homes.

Requirements

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • QQI Level 5 modules / Care Skills and Care of the Older Person
  • Prior experience in healthcare or caregiving (an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
