A leading Life Science company in Limerick seeks a highly skilled and experienced Microbiologist to join their QC team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of GMP lab-based experience and a degree qualification in a Science discipline.

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring facilities, processes, personnel, and materials/products are microbiologically tested in line with cGMP and procedural requirements. This includes managing out-of-specification results, facilitating laboratory investigation reports, and involving the laboratory manager when necessary.

Duties:

  • Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements and upholding these standards.
  • Maintaining laboratory metrics.
  • Performing environmental monitoring.
  • Ensuring maintenance of operational equipment within the lab.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of GMP experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Degree qualification in a Science discipline.
  • Experience in environmental monitoring.
