**Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage global programs, ensuring successful execution across multiple projects.
  • Lead and mentor project managers, promoting best practices and effective issue resolution.

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and transparency.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular program status reports.

**Essential Requirements:**

  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing project/program management, including at least 4 years in a program management role.
  • A background in a SaaS organisation with B2B experience is essential.
  • Experience within the Telco or IoT industry is a strong nice-to-have.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and commercial awareness.
  • High-level presentation skills.
