The Role

We are seeking a qualified wellness psychotherapist with a Master's degree to join our corporate well-being team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing mental health support, group psycho-education, and one-to-one wellness check-ins to individuals. This unique opportunity will enable you to develop your business management skills, note-taking abilities, crisis intervention techniques, and work alongside highly experienced clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing services that promote the psychological well-being of all service users.
  • Working collaboratively with team members and others to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and CPD requirements.
  • Writing and maintaining accurate client case notes, reports, and statistics.
  • Managing client appointments using a client management system.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing materials, including articles for the Spectrum Mental Health website.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in psychotherapy, preferably with post-qualification experience.
  • Master's Degree.
  • Fully Accredited membership with a recognized accrediting body.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience.
  • Current professional indemnity insurance.
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with technology/IT or willingness to learn.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Competitive salary range.
  • Flexible working hours: 7am - 4:30pm; 9am - 6:30pm; 6:30pm - 2am.
  • No contract days: Monday - Sunday (flexible).
  • Commencement date: As soon as possible.
  • Location: Dublin (2 locations: Sandyford, Grand Canal Dock).
