Client Relationship Specialist

Detailed Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and record incoming calls and emails to deliver a superior customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vehicle maintenance and repair requests, fostering trust with clients and drivers alike.
- Direct vehicles to preferred supplier networks for repairs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients and drivers by consistently upholding our professional image.
- Meet team objectives as well as individual targets set by your Line Manager.
- Enhance customer satisfaction ratings through exceptional service and innovative solutions.
- Address complaints in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of accuracy and compliance in administrative tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Practical decision-making skills that empower you to take initiative on processing information and developing effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear interactions with suppliers and customers alike.
- A proven track record of achieving results and delivering high-quality outcomes.
