We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design, delivery, and support of innovative solutions that enhance our customers' recognition programs.

As a key member of our agile development team, you will partner with our business team to drive meaningful improvements to our customers' culture. You will be responsible for developing robust web applications using Java, Python, and SQL, as well as integrating with middle-tier Java applications using RESTful APIs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in developing web-based applications at the enterprise level. You will be a team player who is happy to join discussions in other disciplines and can pitch in when needed. You will also have a track record of delivering complex tasks with a high level of independence and taking initiative to lead design, breakdown, planning, and delivery of large features.
