European Investment Manager

A fast-growing asset manager is seeking a commercially driven business development expert to lead client engagement and growth initiatives across key European markets.
- The ideal candidate will act as the primary relationship manager for institutional investors, wealth managers, and distribution partners.
- This Dublin-based role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of a firm specialising in actively managed investment solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in Italian or German is strongly preferred, along with an established network of investors in these regions.
- 4-10 years of experience in investment management, asset management, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and European distribution channels.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
- Commercially driven with a proactive approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of the firm's European distribution strategy, with an initial focus on Italy, Germany, and Austria.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Organise and manage roadshows, prospect meetings, and educational sessions.
- Collaborate with investment teams to deliver tailored pitches and market insights.
- Drive digital engagement and oversee the development of client-facing materials.
- Maintain CRM systems and provide client feedback to guide product innovation.
