About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. As a senior engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design, implementation and optimisation of mechanical systems and processes in high-energy-use environments.
Main Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead the mechanical design and execution of energy-related projects, including HVAC upgrades, compressed air systems, heat recovery, steam systems, refrigeration and process cooling solutions.
- Engineering Design & Specification: Develop mechanical engineering specifications, technical drawings, and tender documentation for energy and decarbonisation projects.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand energy goals, define project scopes, and present technical solutions and reports to both engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and support cross-functional teams in delivering integrated energy solutions.
