Job Description

This NAV Oversight Analyst role is responsible for managing and refining internal NAV oversight processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and refine internal NAV oversight processes.
  2. Monitor fund performance and address any discrepancies.
  3. Develop and maintain reports around cash breaks, pricing, trade settlements, and accruals.
  4. Collaborate with custodians, administrators, and service providers to resolve discrepancies.
  5. Act as the first point of contact for investment managers, custodians, and fund administrators on operational matters.
  6. Validate fund expense fees, review budgets, and ensure timely payments.
  7. C coordinate with tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate filings and rebates.
  8. Support our delegate/outsourced service oversight program.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
  • Experience in fund accounting, investment operations, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and markets.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
