We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Coordinator to join our team at TN Ireland.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of construction projects.
- Leverage knowledge of ISO 19650 and associated codes to drive best practices in digital construction.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and manage the development of information models, ensuring they meet client requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Possess extensive experience working in the digital construction domain, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in BIM coordination.
- Hold a degree in Construction or a related field.
- Demonstrate exceptional management and communication skills, including proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with model authoring and management applications, as well as project delivery formats such as COBie and COINS.
