Lead Marketing Strategist

Job Description:

The role of Lead Marketing Strategist involves leading the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to drive business growth, strengthen online presence, and ensure a consistent brand message across all channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of three and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, PR, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a team of three to deliver integrated communications, digital campaigns, PR, and brand positioning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy and optimize results

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will be passionate about communications and marketing, take a holistic approach to marketing, and be able to think strategically and creatively.
