About the Role
This key position offers the chance to lead multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met. Key Responsibilities include managing procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation while liaising with clients, designers, and internal departments. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance, leading project meetings, and upholding health and safety standards. Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the retail fit-out sector and relevant project workflows, along with excellent communication and leadership skills. They must also be able to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently and hold a full clean driving licence.
