About the Position

  • Cultivate key relationships with distribution partners and stakeholders to secure collaboration and drive growth.
Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement effective commercial plans that support financial targets and market leadership.
  • Trend Analysis: Monitor consumer trends and competitive dynamics to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Portfolio Strategy: Define and implement a focused portfolio strategy aligned with Kerrygold's vision for growth.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience within the FMCG or food & beverage industry, ideally with pan-European market exposure.
  • Success in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver strong financial and market share growth.
