Cork Clinic Operations Assistant

This is a chance to join a fast-paced Cork Clinic environment where precision and accountability are vital.
Your primary role will involve patient administration, management support, scheduling patients, and clinics. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for greeting visitors, making a positive impression.
You will also provide administrative assistance to managers, handle phone calls, screen and redirect them as necessary, and perform general office duties like filing, maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
The ideal candidate should possess 1 year of admin experience, preferably in a medical setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability are essential.
A proactive attitude, initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills are crucial. You must maintain high client service delivery standards and ensure clear communication channels.
The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines. A formal education and relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration are desirable but not mandatory.
