We are seeking a highly skilled Senior R&D Engineer to drive the development of new and improved techniques and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive complex assignments requiring innovative problem-solving and creativity.
- Successfully complete engineering work in technology development, product design, testing, and process study.
- Lead critical workstreams ensuring robust performance, characterize design requirements, and collaborate on test method design.
- Interact with external experts to understand market development, growth areas, and future needs.
- Possess advanced problem-solving techniques and creative thinking methods to address complex technical challenges.
- Assess the feasibility and soundness of alternative engineering processes, products, or equipment.
- Apply modern prototyping methods to aid product or concept development.
- Honours bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or relevant discipline
- 5+ years engineering experience, minimum 2 within R&D engineering
- Experience in highly regulated environments
- Background in R&D and New Product Development in med-tech desirable but not essential.
