Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to children and adults with complex needs in their homes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • QQI Level 5 Certification in Healthcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working as a healthcare professional is preferred but not required.
  • A valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland without visa sponsorship.
