Care Advocate

The organisation seeks to appoint dedicated individuals to work with vulnerable young people in a residential setting. This role provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals and contribute to their overall well-being.

This care provision is designed to protect, support, and empower young people to reach their full potential and build resilience in the face of early life trauma.

The successful candidate will be part of a team that aims to create a safe and supportive environment for young people to grow and develop.

To achieve this goal, applicants must possess a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.

Additionally, candidates should have a full, clean manual driver's license (valid in Ireland) and knowledge of the Irish National Standards in Children's Residential Centres.

Applicants should also be eligible to work in Ireland and motivated to contribute to an atmosphere that protects, supports, and provides a safe place for these young people.
