The primary focus of this Contract and Commercial Data Analyst role is to ensure the accuracy and reliability of contract and commercial data within internal systems. This involves providing analysis support to senior management, facilitating strategic decision-making, and implementing ION standard contract and commercial management infrastructure.
- Key responsibilities include sanctions screening, completion of associated questionnaires, and maintenance of ION standard contract administration processes.
- Additionally, this role entails reviewing customer contracts, validating data on in-house systems, and identifying queries arising from contract reviews.
- Effective collaboration with business teams is crucial for resolving queries and improving contract data quality.
To be successful in this position, applicants should possess excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as a solid understanding of standard contract administration processes and legal contract interpretation.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities are also essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required, along with a minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience preferably in a consultancy or Deal Desk/sales ops role.
- A 1.1 or 2.1 degree in any field is mandatory.
