Job Description

The Electrical Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the required standards of workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) on site, developing and coordinating project-specific quality plans, and ensuring that all contractors adhere to the required standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the implementation of the STS QMS on site by STS direct and subcontracted workforce and parties.
  2. Develop and coordinate project-specific quality plans.
  3. Responsible for the implementation and execution of a consistent Construction Quality Audit program.
  4. Develop and coordinate the Inspection and Test Plans from all contractors for all works packages.
  5. Manage quality benchmarking, first-of-a-kind projects, to ensure agreed and approved standards of workmanship before commencement of each work package.
  6. Lead the project team in developing innovative approaches and solutions to enhance QA/QC attention and impact on the project.
  7. Provide training to project personnel on the project's QA/QC plan.
  8. Liaise with the client and maintain satisfactory relations between client and STS in matters relating to construction QA/QC.
  9. Attend QA/QC relevant project meetings to ensure timely submission, approval, and implementation of the QMS and project turnover documentation.
