Leading Corporate Tax Role

As a Corporate Tax Professional, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of corporate tax. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality advice and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, providing exceptional client service and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality tax compliance services.
- Work collaboratively with partners and directors on advisory projects, including M&A, due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganisation assignments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives.
- Provide mentorship to junior staff and contribute to the operational management of the corporate tax department.
Requirements:
- ITI and ACA / ACCA qualified.
- At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a management role in a tax practice or industry.
- Strong technical skills and commercial expertise.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong Microsoft applications skills; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
