**Multidisciplinary Team Psychologist Opportunity**

We are seeking a skilled Senior Psychologist to join our team in the disability sector. The successful candidate will be part of a brand new, Autism Specialist multidisciplinary team, supporting adults and children across various locations.

The role involves conducting autism assessments, delivering reports within set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and providing services in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. Responsibilities also include liaising with families and professionals, managing appointments, completing diagnostic reports, maintaining accurate records, ensuring safe practice, and adhering to risk management policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Psychology qualification by the Psychological Society of Ireland, be a current Senior Psychologist or meet the criteria for this grade, and hold certifications in ADI-R and ADOS. Additionally, they should maintain up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, with the option to work from home and travel to different HSE Primary Care Clinics. We value professionalism, motivation, and accountability, and encourage applicants to apply if they meet the specified requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct autism assessments and deliver reports within set KPIs.
  • Provide services in clinics, homes, schools, and community settings.
  • Liaise with families and professionals, manage appointments, and complete diagnostic reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legal and organisational standards.
  • Ensure safe practice, report incidents, and follow risk management policies.
  • Deliver services in line with trauma-informed care principles.
  • Ensure safe, effective, and evidence-based service delivery.
  • Maintain professional values and contribute to service development and research.
  • Offer a psychological perspective in line with PSI and organisational guidelines.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, motivation, and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recognised Psychology qualification by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
  • Current Senior Psychologist or meeting criteria for this grade.
  • Certified in ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised) and ADOS (Structured Play-Based Assessment).
  • Up-to-date training in GDPR, Children First, Consent, and Health & Safety.
