Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Engineer in ensuring daily requirements are met
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
  • Document and maintain quality standards
  • Provide immediate service to guests and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for room readiness
  • Report defects to Chief Engineer and address them promptly
  • Manage work allocation and attend to complaints/job requests from other departments

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Engineering/Maintenance experience
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on approach to work and strong work ethic
