About the RoleThe Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring financial stability. You will be required to prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end management accounts, develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting, monitor cash flow, revenue, and profitability, and lead cost management across all business units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. You will also have experience in leading teams and influencing stakeholders.
You will be confident in financial systems and tools, including Sage and Excel, and able to drive improvements in finance processes and systems.
