Business Impact Accountant

We are seeking a commercially-minded qualified accountant to drive business outcomes and make a tangible impact. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, the ability to interpret data, and influence stakeholders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a true business partner. You will provide data-led insights to support commercial decision-making, ensure integrity and consistency of operational data, and maintain and enhance operational dashboards.
- Act as a strategic business partner providing data-driven insights to support commercial decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational data across multiple systems.
- Maintain and enhance operational dashboards and trend analysis tools.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics.
- Track and control key cost drivers.
- Evaluate and support optimisation initiatives from a financial perspective.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Key Requirements:- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a finance role, ideally within a manufacturing or production-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools is advantageous.
