Job Title: Financial Services Leader

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Leader to oversee audit engagements, manage client relationships and contribute to the growth and development of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage financial services from planning to completion ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Review client financial statements disclosures and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to clients based on financial services findings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and other team members to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of financial services standards principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in supervising and mentoring staff is desirable.
