Job Overview:

We are seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to fill the roles of Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and service users, ensuring a culture of respect and open communication.

Our team supports people in achieving their full potential, enabling them to live meaningful lives through our services. This includes:

  • Supporting individuals in their daily plans, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Accompanying service users in the community, promoting independence and social inclusion.
  • Facilitating education, skills development, and personal growth opportunities, helping individuals achieve their goals.
  • Assisting with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments, visits, and other important events.

Flexibility is key, as shift work may be required over 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Candidates must also be familiar with and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, standards, regulations, and codes of practice in a reasonable and practicable manner.
