Major Incident Resolution Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a professional who will be responsible for managing incidents in a high transaction throughput environment.
As a Major Incident Manager, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of complex incidents.
Key responsibilities include assessing and prioritizing multiple incidents based on customer impact, communicating incident status clearly to stakeholders, and facilitating post-incident reviews to identify root causes.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex incidents in high-availability environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead influence and collaborate effectively.
