Project Manager, Global Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead technical projects in our Global Device Engineering function. This role requires experience in managing new product development and sustaining engineering projects, as well as building and maintaining business partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO standards and FDA Design Control regulations, with experience in developing complex medical devices. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

This is a leadership position that demands significant interaction with various functions within the organization. The selected individual will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and customer expectations are met. If you have experience in project management, a technical background in new product development, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Plan and execute technical projects in the Global Device Engineering function

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders, including project sponsors, end users, and management

  • Ensure scope, schedule, cost, and customer expectations are met

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a medical device or healthcare environment

  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and FDA Design Control regulations

  • Experience in developing complex medical devices, including software-controlled electromechanical devices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate and reconcile differences

  • Degree in an engineering or technical field, with preference given to those with Masters or higher qualifications
