The Governance and Control team at Td Global Finance Unlimited Company partners with TD Securities businesses globally to design, implement, maintain, and monitor effective internal controls and ensure business activities remain within TD Bank's risk appetite and comply with external regulatory requirements. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support TD Securities business lines in adhering to ESG policies and frameworks
  • Develop action plans to address compliance gaps in TD Securities business lines
  • Monitor high E&S risk activities across TD Securities business lines
  • Work with 2nd line risk partners to identify and assess the impact of new and changing ESG regulatory requirements on TD Securities business lines

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of governance, risk, and control procedures, strategies, and tactics
  • Knowledge of current and emerging Environmental & Social Risk Management trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships as a member of a team and independently
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions
