Job Role: Compliance Manager

Job Overview:

The Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing sales processes to ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Assessment & Compliance: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify patterns of non-compliance, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
  • Audit & Review: Regularly audit sales teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Internal Auditing: Perform internal audits of sales processes, focusing on areas such as email monitoring, document review, and video surveillance.
  • Training & Education: Develop and deliver training programs for senior management to enhance their understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Feedback & Guidance: Provide structured feedback to sales managers, helping them improve their processes and avoid compliance issues.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in compliance, with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering constructive feedback.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Ireland.
  • Proactive and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
